The main house boasts 3 bedrooms designed for ease and comfort. A spacious lounge area with wrap-around windows will comfortably house the whole family.

Close to everything, you will have the beautiful Margaret River Region at your disposal. A short drive to town, the wonderful beaches and all the wineries and restaurants that dot the area, enjoy your next holiday in style. Make your next getaway one to remember. Cancellation Policy

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Full payment including refundable bond of $1 000 is required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking. If the booking is made within 8 weeks then full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the deposit is forfeited. As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of between $1000.00 - $1500.00 is payable on all holiday properties. This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished and the clean / property inspection have been completed and no damage has been reported. The property is required to be left in a clean and tidy state as you found the property on your arrival. This requires that the barbecue is to be clean dishwasher loaded and cycle commenced (cleaners will empty). Fireplaces cleaned all furniture to be returned to original position as on your arrival and all keys/remotes to be returned as per instructions at the end of your stay. Please be aware that for stays of two nights or less a cleaning surcharge of $250 will apply. A booking fee of $66.00 is also required. Head out of Dunsborough along Caves Road, towards Yallingup. Turn left at Yungarra Drive and follow this road for approximately 3 kms. The property is one the left hand side as you come to the top of the hill after Ridgeway Drive.
