Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge.

Washing machine and dryer.

Reverse cycle airconditioning to all rooms.

Shared swimming pool and BBQ area.

Limited wifi is availble.

Secure parking for one vehicle.

Bedrooms are as follows:

Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed or can be converted into two single beds.

Bedroom 3 - Sofa bed suitable for one adult or two small children.

Sleeps 4-6.

Bathrooms are as follows:

Ensuite - Shower over spa bath, double vanity and WC.

Bathroom - Shower, vanity and WC.

Powder room on ground floor.

Bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided.

Minimum stay requirements are as follows:

Christmas/New Year - 7 nights.

Easter long weekend - 4 nights.

Long weekends - 3 nights.

Midweek and weekends - 2 nights.

Other costs are as follows:

Cleaning surcharge of $250.00 applies to all two night bookings.

Non refundable booking fee of $66.00.

Refundable bond of $1000.00.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. Saturdays by appointment.

Cancellation Policy

All properties require a 25% deposit of the booking price at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the deposit is forfeited.

As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of between $1000.00 - $2500.00 is payable on all holiday properties

This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished and the clean/ property inspection have been completed and no damage has been reported. The property is required to be left in a clean and tidy state as your arrival. This requires that the barbeque is to be clean dishwasher clean and unpacked any fireplaces cleaned all furniture to be positioned as arrival and all keys/remotes to be returned as per instructions at the end of your stay.

Please be aware that for stays of two nights or less a cleaning surcharge of $250 will apply.

A booking fee of $66.00 is also required. This amount is non refundable

Beautiful townhouse that has privacy, security & space in amongst beautiful street setting close to shops & restaurants on the water! Furnishings & linen were lovely quality & the house has all you could wish for. My three country kids (6yo, 4yo & 11mo) were safe & able to have their own space in this large townhouse. Debbie was so helpful with our last minute booking & information she provided to help make our first time in Perth amazing. Would DEFINITELY recommend & we will most certainly stay here again when we visit again.

A luxurious stay in the tranquil peace of beautiful East Perth.
I would highly recommend this stay. All amenities provided, very clean, comfortable, high quality accommodation. So nice being able to stroll down the street and have dinner and drinks at the Royal, as well as breakfast on the water.

Location, location, modern townhouse by the river on Perth CBD.
A great townhouse, clos to the CBD but in a peaceful and quiet location by the river, quality living, well equipped, secure parking, well furnished, WiFi, close to centre of Perth (2.5kms) with the CAT bus or walk, easy access to all areas of Perth city, pool and barby area ..... a relaxing stay.

Great Property in Great Location
Great location, Glouster Park was walking distance. Lovely area with Claisebrook Cove almost on your doorstep. Would definately recommend as a great place to stay in East Perth.
